Sariba Consulting AB announces that the company has made an agreement to take over the HR business from Pearl Group. The agreement beame valid September 1. Both customers and employees will be part of Sariba from this date. The first of September 2000 is the day Sariba was founded. This means they where this day also celebrating 25 years.
